Placing an order

You may place an order at The Little Haven in a number of ways.

Our preferred method of accepting orders is via our secured online website as well as email as these methods enable us to track, trace and confirm  all communication.

If you are placing orders online, just follow the prompts adding items into your shopping bag  and ensure that you check your order upon checkout.  If you have confirmed your order and realised that you would like to amend your order, please email us immediately at order@thelittlehaven.com.au  and indicate CHANGE IN ORDER as your email heading. We will amend your order manually on our end and send you a confirmation email with the revision and payment advice.

Please note that we will still need your personal information to complete the sales transaction including name, address, contact number, delivery address and preferred mode of payment. If you prefer us to call you to obtain these details, please indicate this in your email.
 
 
Cancellation of orders

Provided items are not yet posted as at the time of notification, your cancellation will be duly processed and your money refunded. Notification is required immediately by emailing us at order@thelittlehaven.com.au  and indicating CANCELLATION OF ORDER as your email heading. We will then confirmed receipt of this notification via email.

 

 
Delivery

The Little Haven uses a combination of postal and courier services in order to provide you with the most efficient and cost effective way of receiving your order.  We primarily use Australia Post for parcels up to 3 kgs and courier services for larger and bulkier items. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, however most orders will be delivered within the next business  day, if orders are placed by 7am AEST and your delivery address is within a metropolitan area.


Please note that this excludes custom made orders and large and bulkier items such as furniture and room accessories.


Our store is open 24/7 and any orders placed over the weekend or a public holiday will be posted on the next business day.


We charge a flat delivery rate of $9.50 Australia wide.
 
 
International Delivery

Yes, The Little Haven ships to international destinations as well using Australia Post registered international airmail.


Please allow for 3-10 working days to receive your order. When you have placed an order, we will be in touch with you with a shipping quote within 24 hours to confirm your final invoice. We are happy to cancel your order should you decide not to proceed. However, cancellation of order is not valid once item is posted.
